The title is a play on words.  "Révolu" is the first part of the word "revolution", and this adjectif means "past, gone, which no longer exists".

It was a prudent manner, at the time of "revolutionary" demagogy  but real dictatorship, to mean this : the revolution that was the Algerian struggle for independence and social democracy was now "gone."
Content of the play : the type of training provided to workers for factories and farms is a clear indicator of the type of society that provides this training. When it ignores the cultural dimension, which allows to learn the use of intelligence and thus the critical faculty, we can no longer speak of "revolution." It's gone.
