Presentation
«The emancipation of the workers is the task of the workers themselves.»
International Workers Association, 1868.
The starting point of the research is as follows : 1871 Paris Commune,
Russian soviets of 1905 and of 1917-1921, Soviets German workers in
1918, workers committees and / or peasants from the same time in
Europe, Commissioons Workers 1936 in Spain, and so on to
self-government committees in Algeria, Solidarnosch Poland, etc.
Why masses (economically exploited, politically dominated, culturally alienated) and - sometimes - leaders who speak in their name, risk life in the application of self-government (factories, land, military battalions, neighborhoods, schools , etc ...) ? What do they want really ? How do they intend to achieve these goals ? With what results ?
